Another
Canadian Legend Joins Jazz Golf
Jazz Golf is
pleased to announce that Canadian golf legend
Dan Halldorson has joined its team. Halldorson
will bring a wealth of experience and passion
for the game, to a consultancy role with the
Jazz Product Development Team. In addition, he
will serve as ambassador for company special
events and promotions.
Dan Halldorson played on both the PGA Tour and
the Canadian Tour during his career and
frequently represented Canada at international
competitions. Halldorson won numerous times
including twice on the PGA Tour. He was elected
to the Canadian Golf Hall of Fame in 2002.
Today, he is the Deputy Director of the Canadian
Tour and was named a Lifetime Member of the
organization in 2005.
Mr. Halldorson joins former LPGA Champion and
teaching expert Sandra Post in providing a
terrific “one-two” punch to Jazz product
development and promotional opportunities. Since
2002, Ms. Post has been instrumental in the
development of a variety of excellent products
for women golfers across a spectrum of skill
sets. With two Hall of Famers on the team, Jazz
Golf truly stands out in its quest to provide
innovative and appealing products and services.
“Becoming part of Jazz Golf is really an honor
and I look forward to working to positively
build the business,” said Halldorson. Halldorson
claims he has always admired the company’s
ability to offer affordable, quality golf
equipment and he plans on continuing to improve
the offer through his efforts.
“We are delighted to have Mr. Halldorson
represent the Jazz brand and believe it will
have a positive impact,” said Mark Breslauer,
President and CEO. “We expect he will help raise
the profile of our men’s golf equipment in much
the same way that Sandra Post has helped elevate
our women’s line,” added Breslauer.
“Dan Halldorson’s credentials as a professional
golfer and keen interest in the game will help
take Jazz to new levels.” said Sandra Post. Ms.
Post recently renewed her own contract with Jazz
Golf and is more excited than ever about the
company’s future.
The addition of Halldorson is further
demonstration of the company’s ongoing
commitment to become a preferred golf equipment
brand in North America.
